Windows Media

With Windows Media, you can play music and video files.

Add files to your device

You can add music and video files to your device by downloading them from the internet or transferring them from a PC via ActiveSync (see "Synchronise your data" p. 47) or from a memory card.

Add files to the media library

1. Add files to your device.

2. On the Home screen, press <Start> → Windows Media.

3. Press <Menu> → Update Library.

4. When you are finished, press <Done>.

Play media files

1. On the Home screen, press <Start> → Windows Media.

2. Select a media library.

3. Scroll to a file and press <Play>.

4. Use the following during playback:

Create a playlist

1. On the Home screen, press <Start> → Windows Media.

2. Select a media library.

3. Scroll to a file and press <Menu> → Queue Up.

4. Repeat step 3 to add more files.

5. Press <Menu> → Player.

6. To save the playlist, press <Now Playing> → <Menu> → Save Playlist.

7. Enter a name for the playlist and press <Done>.
