Keypad lock (keyguard)

To prevent accidental keypresses, you can lock the keypad.
To lock the keypad in the phone mode, press the left selection key and * within 1.5 seconds. To set the phone to automatically lock the keypad after a certain time, select Menu > Settings > Phone sett. > General > Security > Phone and SIM card > Keypad autolock period > User defined and the desired time.
To lock the keypad in music mode, press the power key quickly, and select Lock keypad.
To unlock the keypad in the phone mode, select Unlock, and press * within 1.5 seconds.
To unlock the keypad in music mode, select Unlock > OK.
When the keypad lock is on, calls may be possible to the official emergency number programmed into your device.
