Switch On/Off Your Phone

SWITCH THE PHONE ON

Press and hold to switch on the phone.

Warning:
Do not switch the phone on or activate any auto power-on function when wireless phone use is prohibited or when it may cause interference or danger. Warning:
Your phone has a built-in antenna. Do not touch the antenna unnecessarily when the phone is switched on; otherwise, it may affect call quality and may cause the phone to operate at a higher power level than otherwise needed.

If your phone asks for a PIN code, enter the PIN code. You can obtaine the PIN code from your service provider. The default code is 0000.
If you enter an incorrect PIN code three times in succession, PIN code is locked. You need to enter a PUK code to unlock it. Read “Safety information” on page 49 for more details.

SWITH THE PHONE OFF

Press and hold key for about two seconds to switch off the phone. You can also set a time for the phone to automatically switch itself off by using [Auto power] menu. Read “Auto power” on page 38 for details
